Go to data tab and create data validation list

Select List Option and source

Create a Drop Down List

Click CTRL + D AND DOWN

Let’s create Vlookup in Amount

Formula   =Vlookup(celladdress of particular lock by F4,celladdress of table lock by F4,column no 2 of amount,0)
