Data Tools

• Text to Columns: Opens the "Convert Text to Columns Wizard" dialog box.

• Flash Fill: Automatically fills in values.

• Remove Duplicates: Opens the "Remove Duplicates" dialog box.

• Data Validation: Button with Drop-Down that opens the "Data Validation" dialog box with options:   Circle Invalid Data and Clear Validation Circles.

• Consolidate: Opens the "Consolidate" dialog box.

• Relationships: Enables creation or editing of relationships between tables for displaying related data in reports.

• Manage Data Model: Launches the Power Pivot window; requires Data Analysis add-ins to be enabled.

Forecast

• The drop-down menu includes commands for What-If Analysis: Scenario Manager, Goal Seek, and Data Table.
• The Forecast Sheet provides access to the "Create Forecast Worksheet" dialog, enabling users to forecast timeline data.

Outline

• Group Button with Drop-Down: Allows grouping of selected rows and columns; includes commands  for Group and Auto Outline, which creates an automatic outline for the current region.

• Ungroup Button with Drop-Down: Removes outlines from current rows and columns; contains commands for Ungroup and Clear Outline, the latter clearing all levels of outline.

• Subtotal: Automatically inserts subtotals for selected rows.

• Show Detail: Expands a collapsed group of cells.

• Hide Detail: Collapses a group of cells.
