Memory

The electrical storage space known as memory is where a computer stores the data and instructions it needs to access quickly. It's the location where data is kept for quick access. A computer's memory is crucial because without it, it couldn't function properly. Memory is necessary for the correct operation of the computer's hardware, software, and operating system (OS).

Computer memory stores data, information, and instructions in a manner similar to that of the human brain. It serves as a device or storage unit for data that has to be processed as well as the processing instructions. Memory may be used to store both input and output data.
