create a new company 

Go to the create option

Step 2

Go to change company 

Step 3

Go to create a company.

STEP 4

PURCHASED A/C DR                 20000

         TO CASH A/C                     20000

Select purchased vouchers for purchased entries 

Click change mode

Select as vouchers

Create a ledger of purchases.
